MyPeegu’s Child Centric Life Skills and Developmental Mapping Program focuses on integrating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into the institutional ecosystem while providing a quantifiable measurable platform to measure visible change for all stakeholders.

At MyPeegu, we look at behavioral mapping for children through skill enhancement based developmental program with a focus on Positive Psychology and Holistic Development for the school going population (3 Years to 18 years) as well as Young adults (18 years to 25 years) through an activity based approach that incorporates live feedback and behavioural prediction.

SEL

Social-emotional learning is the process of developing and using social and emotional skills. It’s the skill set we use to cope with feelings, set goals, make decisions, and get along with—and feel empathy for—others.People with strong social-emotional skills are better equipped to manage daily challenges, build positive relationships, and make informed decisions. SEL helps students and adults thrive in school and in life.

While Social Emotional Learning may be an ever evolving process that all individuals learn and acquire from cradle to grave, the pace at which this learning takes place may differ, as does the extent of these skills.

Developing stronger social emotional skills improves the academic performance of students. The ‘soft skills’ that students develop through SEL are shown to improve their attitudes towards school and as a result, increase their performance in the classroom. When a student knows that his or her feelings will be heard and respected, it will be easier for that student to relax and focus in school. SEL is not just a curriculum or a crash course, they are essential life skills that empower students to grow into their unique identities.

The MyPeegu portal comes with ease of accessibility which allows maximisation of resources even in suburban areas or rural areas, wherein the portal can be utilised offline and the data is synced as per the availability and connectivity.

Any resource personal with minimal training is able utilise the MyPeegu portal with ensured results owing to safety measures that are immediately highlighted to the admin such as: Incomplete Assessment, Variable Data across Assessments, Unreliable Data or Underutilisation of the Interventions. In such a case, the immediate identification allows the back end team to provide additional support as required.

Happiness Quotient

Find out how happy your school is, in 7 seconds. The Happiness Quotient includes a survey administered to users based on visual cues that identifies the emotion that the individual relates most to on the basis of the color composition of the pictures on grounds of theory of colour. The survey is administered during sign-in and sign-out from schools which can provide insights into the learning environment as well as the working environment.
