Working with MyPeegu (Noitacude Educational Services Pvt Ltd (Mypeegu.com) has been one of the most exciting, pleasantly challenging and dynamic experiences for me. As my first ever job opportunity, it preserves my curiosity and passion for counselling young people and ensures I am a student in the education sector- a role I would never like to part with.

My journey with MyPeegu (Noitacude Educational Services Pvt Ltd (Mypeegu.com)) has been a very interesting one. My ideas of working as a psychologist in an education field has changed drastically, in a good way. Understanding the schools culture and delivering the MyPeegu services in accordance to the school's vision has been a very positively challenging experience.

The learning here has been in a very on the go approach which makes the job dynamic with enough room for flexibility in its structure, which is something I thoroughly have enjoyed. Being awarded for Best performance in the Cohort 7 can be attributed to the team's goals and my goals being aligned and them supporting me through the challenges.

Working here has been a very good mix of structure and flexibility for me. This flexibility that the team offers is what made me think out of the box as much. The team has also been very considerate, any need is highlighted both personal and professional it's always taken into consideration, which makes for a more transparent work on both ends. Lastly I've really enjoyed my journey from just starting with understanding the school system and doing observations to doing workshops, taking up initiatives, which in the end have a larger impact to the school and the system. I have always wondered whether I would be able to get a job by the time I complete my masters. I got a lot of calls for different field and I almost got a job in teaching psychology but I wasn’t satisfied because counselling is a passion and a burden that I carry within myself and that is exactly what I got through MyPeegu.

I began my professional journey with Noitacude Educational Services Pvt Ltd (Mypeegu.com) in May 2022 as a timid psychologist who carried the brunt of 'online' clinical experience owing to the pandemic. However, over the last 6 months, I have my first ever workplace to thank for not just boosting my competancies but also for its impact on my personal growth.

The core values of the organisation pushes me to retain my curiosity and interest to provide to the field of Mental Health, even more so with children, as I work with them on a daily basis today. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been promoted to the position of Project Manager - a role that drove me to be assertive and take on supervision of counselling departments at over 10 schools pan India; side by side create an identity for myself and become my own Subject Matter Expert. Being recognised for my Leadership Skills tells me that I have been successful in doing so.

To be limited in counselling space was one of biggest fears as a 'fresh' graduate. But at MyPeegu, I find myself taking therapy sessions, conducting workshops for teachers, parents and students, researching best practices and interacting with established educationalists on a typical day.

I would like to thank my leadership and the wonderful cohort that I am part of for helping me sail through challenges and supporting me. So excited to see what the next quarter brings to the table!

Project Manager

Working with MyPeegu for the past three months resulted in a lot of growth as a mental health professional and more awareness of skills I thought I would never have. It made me realize the practicality of the fact that learning never ends, even after the monumental shift from college to a workspace. Working in this field would mean, enhancing my social skills, negotiation skills, writing skills, assessment skills, knowledge of therapy in the field of child psychology, and most importantly, how to connect with children, reflect on their strengths and give them a sense of trust that is required in a professional relationship.

I also realized to an extent that each and every school has its own set of needs and strengths - and it was important for me to become mindful of them. I was able to learn and implement a new set of skills and gained confidence in my abilities.

Interacting with students, and giving them a space to talk and express how they feel, gave me a sense of inner joy that they have been given a wonderful opportunity to reflect on their strengths as well as challenges. Although I experienced a few challenges in balancing my time, dealing with the transition from being a student to a professional, and learning new ways to report and assess needs and requirements - these challenges have eventually become opportunities for me to adapt to the culture of working in this field. Thanks to the wonderful peer support from MyPeegu as well as the school leadership, this journey was quite fruitful.
